Started taking this supplement about a week and a half ago and I already feel a significant improvement!! I was at a point where it was very difficult to get out of bed in the morning. I couldn’t walk. Going upstairs was another challenge. The pain was intense!
Now, I’m getting out of bed without wincing in pain. It truly is amazing stuff! It’s definitely two thumbs up for me. I got this and good pair of sneakers and I’m back in action.

I am 38 years old and I have had some pain on my hands and wrists for a while already, but nothing too serious for me to pay real attention. However, like 3 weeks ago I started waking up with my fingers on pain and pretty stiff! Within one month of taking it I noticed improvement in condition of my knees. The aching gradually went away and I was able to bend my knees and now I am able to squat .
