i usually never leave reviews but i had to for this product. i struggle with eating because even the smallest amount of food makes me look very bloated and makes me so self conscious whenever i go out with friends. when i found this tea to see if it would help with my bloating problems, i didn’t really expect much from it because i thought it was just going to be like all of the other teas out there. however, after trying 10 packets, i was able to eat with my boyfriend and family and not have to worry about looking and feeling fat afterward. while this tea helps my bloating issues, it has also helped me lose some weight which i was not expecting but not complaining lol. it has been almost a month now since i tried this tea and i just feel like a completely different person in a completely different body.

Feel free to eat whatever you want before drinking this tea. A 10 layer chocolate cake, Legos, a cinder block. Whatever you want because within 4 hours of consuming the tea it will exit your body in liquid form lmaoo No. Seriously. And you should stay close to your bathroom because it will also liquefy the taco boats from 3rd grade you thought had long since passed. I thought Magnesium Citrate was wicked, just 2 tea bags of this will have your insides liquid and rebuilt. Brand new squeaky clean

I thought the hype of this was over exaggerated and after a few hours of 2 cups, I thought I was duped.
Well.. The reviews here were right. I have a high tolerance stomach. Ive take n laxative pills & powder and no results . This tea got a lot out of me 3x in one night (and 2 false alarms). Safe to say it got rid of my bloat. Pretty happy with it and tastes good.
If you get this you really have to plan out when to use it.
I took it at 3pm. Didn’t hit me until 11pm and 1am.

I have been using this brand for many years and go through periods of usage. When I got back on the tea I must have gotten rid of a month’s worth of waste! I steep 2 bags and drink two cups. It feels really good and I feel refreshed. Highly recommended to drink mid afternoon to get a nighttime movement. Also, would recommend drinking while eating a hearty meal- like steak.

I’ve had an umbilical hernia now for about 6 months. So bloating, constipation and pushing while trying to go is very painful. I’ve tried other over the counter remedies. Nothing worked. I tried this for the first time last week and this completely cleaned me out after 1 hour of drinking it. Used for the second time today and same results. Luckily I work from home so I am near a bathroom. I recommend this product only if you are going to spend a good portion of the day at home. This will make you go multiple times even after you think your cleaned out.
