眼睛退化常见的几种症状

老花眼：人的眼睛如同一架照相机，有自动调整焦距的功能，既能远视又能近看，但40岁左右时，眼睛水晶体弹性退化，无法将物体形象准确聚焦在视膜网上。在看近物时其调节能力降低，造成近距离看书视物发生困难，此时就是借助老花镜了.

Sigh. It’s hard to grow old. No one ever tells you this, but it is. I have never had great eyesight to start with, but as I get older and my job demands more time in front of the computer screen, I have found my eyes become stressed much more quickly, and my overall vision suffers. I’ve seen commercials for these over the years and brushed them off, at least until recently. I decided to give them a try, as I am now over the hill, so to speak. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now, and I am impressed that I can actually feel the benefits — my eyes are less stressed overall, and I have seen minor improvements in my vision. Honestly, I kind of wish I had started using these much earlier. I hope that as I continue to use them, I will continue to see the benefits (pun intended), and at this point, can happily recommend them.

This was recommended to me years ago by an eye specialist. He said it would protect my eyes from the Macular Development that my Mom had. I’m old now and still have my vision.
